The Opt-In Process
- An individual contacts Starlight Rental Inc. about one of our listings, usually by email through the listing platform’s inquiry button (Zillow, Apartments.com or similar).
- We reply by email with a link to the Tour Registration page for that property on our website (starlightrental.com/tour). The page shows the property’s address, so the requestor never has to pick it.
- The form asks for name, email, mobile phone and tour availability, and ends with a required SMS CONSENT question (shown below). The disclosure is printed directly above the two choices.
- Neither choice is pre-selected. Either choice submits the form: consent is not a condition of touring. Requestors who choose “No, email me instead” are coordinated by email only and never receive SMS.
- Each submission is stored on our own server with its timestamp, the answer, and the exact disclosure text that was shown, and is added to that listing’s registration list for our leasing team.

Each requestor receives the link for the specific property they asked about. The same live form can be tried at any time on our sample listing: starlightrental.com/tour?l=sample (sample submissions are not used for scheduling).

- Message frequency: typically 1–3 texts per tour request over a 1–2 week coordination window. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or email sms@starlightrental.com.
