How We Started and Why We Do This

Starlight Rental began with a simple idea: property management didn't have to be complicated or impersonal. We saw owners struggling with tenant turnover, maintenance headaches, and accounting nightmares. We saw renters caught between unresponsive landlords and bureaucratic systems.

There had to be a better way. So we built it.

Today we manage properties across San Diego with the same belief that started it all: if you treat owners and tenants with honesty and care, everything else follows.
